I’ve been contemplating starting a blog for months now and here it finally is! I follow tons of blogs, to the point that my friends make fun of me every time I say “I found this on a blog I follow.” I know it is not going to be overly interesting and I will be happy if even one person reads it. (I know I will have at least one follower though because one of my BFFs has a blog that I read religiously and she has been waiting for me to start one!) My life is probably not exciting enough to start a blog about it, but I am quite the busy bee! I got this idea from another blog I just found and I thought it would be a good way to start this thing out! I have no idea how to link someone else’s blog but I do owe “Cape Cod Collgiate” cred for this idea!
1. My name is Alexa. When I was growing up I was fascinated with telling people my real name was Alexandra.. but it is not. Fun fact though: I was named after Billy Joel’s daughter.. my parents were THAT obsessed.
2. I am overly involved at school. I am the president of the Panhellenic Council, which is the governing body over all the sorority chapters on my campus. On top of that, I am in a sorority, a tour guide, and a biology major (Pre-Dental). Expect many posts to be about how I manage all of this…
3. As you can probably tell, I am from “the North”.. which has a very negative connotation where I go to school. Despite some people judging me, I have fully embraced the Southern culture and if you did not know me you would think I was from down here. More specifically I am from right outside of Philadelphia!
4. Philadelphia is the best city in the world for two reasons: Philly sports teams and the amazing food!! I am a huge Phillies fan!! And they have good cheese steaks I suppose, I would not know though because I am a vegetarian. Or a “veggie” as my friends call me :)
5. I have a pretty unique style. I am super preppy some days and quite hippie-ish the others. My top 3 favorite places to shop are Anthropologie, J. Crew, and Vineyard Vines. Overall though, I am preppy… a trait I definitely picked up when I came to school in South Carolina!
That’s all for now!! I’ve officially entered the blogging world!!
xo
Glad I could help and thanks for the credit! Good luck, if you need any help, I've got a few ideas running through my head so just ask! xx
